Primary Purpose:

This Loan Operations Supervisor is responsible for the day to day functions of the Loan Maintenance I team. The general role is to manage the employees in the department, direct and oversee all of their processes, ensure proper training, and demonstrate quality leadership.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the implementation of departmental processes, procedures, and policies provided by management.
  • Provide assistance to the employees to ensure the department adheres to change
  • Assist management with the monitoring of staffing levels, job duties, advancement, mentoring to empower employees to achieve maximum potential
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date procedures for the department
  • Assist management with maintaining updated policies and procedures for the department

Provide training as needed

  • Participate in company working groups and committees as directed

Job Specifications

  • 4 years of commercial loan experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills

Qualifications

Education
High School (required)
